What do you want me to say? first was never here, but in competition on facebook and won a 3 corse meal plus a bottle wine. at the arrival was greeted by the chef luke and on our table, followed by our choice of the bottle wein, which was beautiful. starter was amazing one of the best I had, followed by pornstars I steak and ale cake with chips very tasty and gravy amazing. we had to really fight to have deserted, but we managed to push one down. my about all reviews this place was not what I expected, personal fantastic, eating amazing, taking great, so will go back very soon for another beautiful experience. 10/10 well made, many thanks to sally for this evening and to luke for great servi...

Brilliant pub, recently came under new ownership and really turned the place around. Prices can be a bit high, but the food is absolutely wonderful. The menu changes every so often with the season but always hits the spot. Lovely beer garden that's dog friendly too. Easy to book a table by calling too.

Had a family meal here today for a special birthday and it was great ! Jack and the Chef went way beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us all including my young daughter who has severe food allergies ! Thank you so much !

Couldn’t fault the food, the value for money or the polite well mannered staff. We will be returning very soon with the intention of trying the entire menu!!
