I lived in Chino Hills for thirteen years and The Boiler was my favorite restaurant. Get the house Pan Roast and leave it CRANK on the spice level. All the food is so good there. It's one if not the best restaurant in Chino Hills. The only reason that this is a four-star review is that the restaurant closes between lunch and dinner, and that has influenced my ability to eat there several times in recent years. I live now on the east coast, but The Boiler is one of only a handful of restaurants in the Chino Hills/Chino area, which I still miss, although I am now in walking/public transfer distance from amazing restaurants. I used to be out there this summer, and I forgot that they closed betw...

Jackson is an old friend I have known for more than ten years, and he is the most picky gourmet I have ever seen. Perhaps because I couldn’t eat authentic New Orleans cuisine, I decided to open one in California. The taste is not picky... Jambalaya New Orleans Chicken Stew, the spices are very special. It is the so-called cajun cuisine and it is also my favorite. I must order it every time I go there.Jambalaya, considered the representative of New Orleans’ version of paella, is also a common and representative local delicacy. In addition to rice, Jambalaya also has a variety of ingredients such as seafood, chicken, smoked sausages, etc. The cooked rice grains are a little moist and absorb th...

Long time patron of the boiler. Always a solid choice. My favorite is the Lobster Bisque, but I saw it no longer on the menu. Good runner is the house Pan Roast. Sit on the steam boilers if you want to see that your delicious food is made and bask in all the delicious garlic. If you are used to season I?d say 7 or higher, for me hardly visited a burn under 7. Just after he did not come since COVID, Hero was our server and gave some of the best customer service. I wish they had more beer selection. But no matter whether I'm going back!

This was our second time here the last time was about four years ago. The service is still good and so is the food. I like that you get to choose your spice level. It looks a lot like the oyster bar at the Palace station in Las Vegas but no where near as good as the one in Vegas bit a good substitute if you can't make it to Vegas.

There is simply no other place that could offer such tasty pan roast in the east area. Anything similar will be Vegas. However, at a slow Sunday night, the service is mediocre. I understand cost issues, but it is a sit-down restaurant, after all.
