I lived in Chino Hills for thirteen years and The Boiler was my favorite restaurant. Get the house Pan Roast and leave it CRANK on the spice level. All the food is so good there. It's one if not the best restaurant in Chino Hills. The only reason that this is a four-star review is that the restaurant closes between lunch and dinner, and that has influenced my ability to eat there several times in recent years. Long time patron of the boiler. Always a solid choice. My favorite is the Lobster Bisque, but I saw it no longer on the menu. Good runner is the house Pan Roast. This was our second time here the last time was about four years ago. The service is still good and so is the food. I like that you get to choose your spice level. It looks a lot like the oyster bar at the Palace station in Las Vegas but no where near as good as the one in Vegas bit a good substitute if you can't make it to Vegas.
