I just picked up an online order. Beware- their online description of their salads are false and misleading. I paid. $13.50 for a lettuce, slice American cheese and chicken tenders. The online menu indicates that there is supposed to also be tomatoes and olives. I decided to let that slide. When I opened up my sandwich, it was on the wrong bread. I called the store and spoke with the manager who argued with me that the online menu has nothing to do with the store and there’s nothing that he can do to fix the situation. Had not been here in 2 years and it is obvious that it is under new management (again! We ordered out sandwiches very specific, the guy that made the sandwiches did a great job, they just scam you on the meat (i know for a fact that the same sandwich i always ordered was bigger than what I got that day . The girl that was bagging our food, had a horrible disposition and was really nasty. I explained what all with our order was, she rolled her eyes and started arguing with the sandwich guy. Our sandwiches were terrible. I ordered a reuben, the corned beef was dry and had no taste. The sauerkraut was bland as if it had been rinsed. The bread was soggy instead of toasted, as it should've been.The fries were overcooked. The service was mediocre...it took much too long to prepare those awful sandwiches! We'll never go back to this location again!! I believe this location is under new management. I've been there before a couple of times in the past couple of years it was much better. Over priced and awful!! Half of the sandwiches went in the trash. Save your money...go somewhere else. Definitely NEVER going back!!Very dissatisfied customers!
Thirty-five minutes later, I asked when my two sandwiches would be ready since I was the only customer left in the store. The female worker snapped back, “Do you want a refund and no food?” Clearly, neither of them is suited for working with the public.
Additionally, I ordered a grilled ham and Swiss sandwich, but it came with lettuce, mayo, tomato, and mustard—nothing like what I wanted. I wasted 45 minutes and $30 on lunch that I couldn't eat. What an unprofessional establishment. To top it all off, my other sandwich, a tuna, was incorrect as well.

Ordered a Ruben and 3 cornbeef egg rolls. The egg rolls were $8.50 each for a small egg roll. I called to check the price because I received 3 egg rolls in one container. Surely I was supposed to have 3 containers with 3 eggs each because they are so small..Nope! the guy said the egg rolls were $4 each and it wasn't his problem because I ordered my food online, I should have called the store. This was first and last time eating there. My sandwich was soggy and egg roll had no flavor with extra grease.
Clean, relaxing place with great food. The owner and employees gave remarkable service.. I had the Ruben and I loved it so much I ordered one to go as well. Nothing like a fresh hand built sandwich.. worth every penny.
I just drove 8 miles to pick up our $80 order, only to find out when we got home that two of our sandwiches were actually Reubens (I can't stand sauerkraut). To make matters worse, my wife even tipped them $10!
This place is terrible. They'll take your money, and the food is both disgusting and unsanitary. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you're looking for a really bad experience.
