sign on windows says only 12.49 deli combo 8.99 sandwich. corn meat. I just ordered the sandwich and got 12.49 ok. let them slip. was even equipped for drinking money before the service. no problem. then at the moment when I expected how great this sandwich would be. Yeah, that meat was so close. I almost crocheted on my first bite. Tuff piece I thought. tried twi or three different sections. the same. now I have a buck of half-gray m3at here. forget the return for exchange or refund. I really wanted to enjoy it. I had enough to know that I will never order it again and that sucked brot.
Absolutely MY FAVORITE Corned Beef sandwich shop!! Every time I visit Michigan I ALWAYS stop by the Deli before going home and order the 1lb. Reuben on a Onion Roll! Extra pickles of course and 2bags of Better Made potato chips! The last time I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak egg roll and it was pretty good!! Small BUT Delicious, full of Flavor! My 78 year old mother said that was the worst $13,00 Corned Beef sandwich she has ever washed her money on. The bread was not toasted or grilled, no Kraut or slaw on it, And the bread was a sour dough bread maybe…definitely not Rye. And the lady taking our order was not helpful at all, she more or less acted like we were bothering her. And NO…short staffed was not an issue, we were the only customers!!
for the money they have charged, it could have been better. what happened to the corn-rib rollers, they were supposed to be the bomb. I still ate it. the 2 stars are at the price.? the meat was not fresh, two sandwiches had no soaking and the egg rolls had hardly meat in them, but again, I ate it. it just wasn't the $...???
