This restaurant offers amazing food and coffee. I ordered the organic avocado sandwich, which came with a side of green olives, and it was absolutely delicious! The iced latte was also smooth and flavorful. I can't wait to try more items from the menu. My only complaint is that they close at 2:30 PM, which seems quite early. On my first visit, I was turned away because they had stopped serving their lunch menu, which is a major part of their business, even though they used to be open until 4 PM at their previous location. It doesn't seem logical to stop serving lunch so early when the restaurant remains open for other items.

After looking into it further, prompted by the owner's response, I found out that Arturo's in downtown is closing but will be reopening at a new location on 15 Newark Way, where the new Bread Stand will also be. On Google Maps, it's listed as "Artie's" and still features photos of the old location, but they are indeed relocating. This is fantastic news! Their pain au chocolat is incredible, and I can't wait for them to open in their new spot!

Took me long enough to get over there, but I finally did so for the holidays and I will be there often. So glad they chose this area to open. The olive oil cake is delicious. Foccacia is just as good as some of the best local pizzerias. I still need to try the croissants and coffee. The inside is super modern, bright, and unique. The staff are very friendly. Looks like they have an outdoor seating area too. A must-visit.

I absolutely adore this place! It's a charming little spot located in the most unexpected part of the city. The rustic decor and welcoming staff create a lovely atmosphere. I loved what I ordered, and the coffee is fantastic as well. I tried the ice cream with oat milk, and it was delicious. My friends and I are definitely planning to return for more pastries! I absolutely love this bakery! The croissants are outstanding: freshly baked every morning, they make for wonderful sandwiches, especially when paired with chocolate or enjoyed alongside a hot coffee. The bread is also excellent; I always make sure to grab a loaf during every visit!

This has become my new favorite spot! I've visited twice and sampled a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes. Everything I've tried has been simple, fresh, and delicious. I'm more than happy to drive 25 minutes for such quality food!

Best bread I've ever had in my life. This includes the legendary Baldwin Hill Bakery, that milled their own flour, had their own protected water well, and used a 100 year old sourdough starter.

Really solid bakery. The staff was friendly and the actual baked goods were phenomenally good. I was told the ownership group owns a great pizza place too, will need to try that as well. Réservez une table maintenant

Amazing bakery with pastries that really taste Danish and bring you to Copenhagen, but really you are in Maplewood all places.
