"I visited Ishka on Sunday night for Father's Day and enjoyed their special two-course dinner. The service was excellent and the food was of high quality. If you prefer large portions, keep in mind that this isn't typical pub food! The music from downstairs was a bit loud, but I personally enjoyed it. After dinner, I went downstairs for cocktails, and the atmosphere was fantastic."

I would like to say that I enjoyed my experience tonight but unfortunately the service went missing. We had to wait easily 15 minutes just to order a drink, unfortunately the waitress didn’t know how to use the ordering tablet and didn’t know the difference between a cider and a cocktail. Once we got our drinks orders a different waitress came to take our food order and after that all service that we had waited for disappeared. Once we had finished our first round of drinks we had to ask a staff member for the drinks menu so we could order another drink, yet again we had to wait for our order to be taken. I enjoyed cocktails at this restaurant on a warm Friday night, and the ambiance and decor were beautiful. However, the service was slow when it came to cocktails, which seemed to be an issue regardless of how busy the place was; oddly enough, it was mostly empty during my visit. The pizzas were underwhelming and overcooked. The three-cheese pizza was overly sweet, with only a few shavings of Parmesan and perhaps a spoonful of Gorgonzola buried under a mountain of mozzarella. The jalapeño poppers were a disappointment, fried to a dark brown with a hard shell; they varied greatly in size, and the cheese filling was a dry, chaotic mess rather than the spicy treat they should be. My friend and I visited this restaurant for lunch on the weekend since it’s her favorite, but she was disappointed to find that part of the restaurant with the ocean view had been closed off. Now, there's just a harbor view, which is still pleasant. We ordered the seafood platter that came with chips—though there were only about six chips! The scallops, prawns, and fish were flavorful, but the oysters were unappetizing (and warm), and the soft-shell crab didn't suit our taste. We were also surprised that there was no calamari included. On a positive note, our waitress was wonderful. However, overall, it wasn’t a memorable experience considering the price.

large ambiente, combined with a great landscape at the sea, make this place a great place to chill! furthemore its position in the second floor allow more persuasive, cooler air and more private sphere! Unfortunately, the prices are very expensive gott thanks for his lunch special to help those without thick bags. they have only 2 3 different sorts for the specificity. we ordered the chicken parmi and the burger. it was in order. the staff were friendly but slow service (I don't see many employees there). Absolutely not! The food was generally alright, but the service was nonexistent, and the music was incredibly loud. I understand it's a pub, but if you're going to operate a classy restaurant in the same space, the noise level needs to be toned down. The restrooms were filthy. The only friendly staff members were the guys at the door. Unfortunately, the service was terrible; it seemed like there was no one in charge or managing the situation. I won’t be returning.

The biggest issue, however, was the noise level. It was nearly impossible to have a conversation; even when we moved to the balcony and closed the doors, the noise from the bar area was overwhelming. It runs down through the mid-level, making it unsuitable for booked events and parties. Additionally, the food was quite average for the price we paid. Overall, it was a disappointing experience despite the beautiful setting.

Had a midweek business dinner at the Breakwater. I had the Veal Cheek to start and the fish special for main. I can't remember exactly what the fish was but it was definitely overcooked, the sides were ok. Others had fish, one barramundi which looked delicious, and another the same as me, no complaints from either. The veal cheek was ok too, nothing special. Really nice venue and staff were nice.

I want to emphasize the location of this restaurant; the view is absolutely fantastic and creates a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere by the water. As for the food, it was good but not exceptional. I appreciated the freshness of the seafood platter, especially compared to other places where the seafood seems to be pre-frozen and then deep-fried. I’ve been here so many times and it’s always nice. Gorgeous setting looking out over the marina. The staff are always very professional and courteous. The menu seems to change quite regularly. The lunch special of $32 for a meal and a glass of wine is really good value (I think they do this every day except Sunday). Its a lovely place to enjoy a quiet lunch in a beautiful location.
