We visited here for the first time recently and we'll definitely be back. My husband wanted to try the Beef Wellington and he did enjoy it. I wasn't sure what to try but our waitress suggested the Beef Shortribs. I'd never had those before anywhere but I was so surprised by how tender the meat was and the size of the portion. It was only one large rib but with a good-sized chunk of meat. I wasn't even sure how much I could eat of it because we'd already had the Crab Dip appetizer, and a custom-made, table -side assembled salad that was amazing! They also brought around warm rolls after the salad was done, and then a palate cleanser of Lemon Sorbet. We were offered dessert but sadly had no room whatsoever, but we will be back to try other selections! Our waitress was awesome and very attentive, the servers kept our water drinks full and the dirty plates cleared, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I wish more restaurants had live piano music.
OMGoodness, the food was fabulous. Our waitress was super sweet, and the atmosphere was lovely. The entire experience was fantastic. The reviews were absolutely true. The Brie was out of this world with freash fruits that were ripe and sweet. The steak and duck were tender and outstanding. The drinks were marvelous. You hav e to try the French onion soup. It's to die for. This restaurant will become one of the best in Boise on our list. You can bet we will absolutely come back. We love this place. Not to mention, the wonderful piano player really made the night so special.
