I witnessed the owner (who claimed to be just an employee) speaking very rudely to a man about an issue (I think his order was wrong but I can't be certain), telling him he was crazy. The person seemed upset but didn't swear in response, just asked for the company's details. The man then said he could call the prime minister. I had already placed my order and paid when I overheard the owner speaking another language to a different customer and mocking them. I stop here quite regularly for lunch. Parking is no problem, and the food is always very good. Not the cheapest seafood around, but you pay for quality. Service is always fast and friendly. The battered fish $10) is usually very big, and perfectly cooked. Fish and chips with a can of drink is $15.00. Parking: I never have trouble parking near the shop. I don't normally leave reviews but want to after buying this garbage, went to this place to give it a go since Smith's closed down across the road ,want 2 dozen oysters and some green prawns ,bought the oysters for $30 per dozen and asked how fresh they are and was told VERY FRESH ,they had no green prawns but tried to charge me $11 for 4 green prawns pre made on a skewer no thanks .when we ate the oysters they tasted like from a jar , **** terrible .Avoid this rip off joint.
The restaurant is very clean and nicely presented. I ordered fish and chips for lunch and the fish was excellent. The portion size was large, the fish was fresh and crispy on the outside. The only downside was that the chips were soggy and lacked seasoning, tasting primarily of oil. I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5. The service and atmosphere were also both rated a 4 out of 5.

I recently visited this restaurant and it is top-notch for delicious seafood. Last week, I had fresh prawns, battered fish and chips, and dory and chips. All the dishes were moist and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend this place. The staff was extremely friendly and suggested we sit by the bridge for a lovely view. Overall, I will definitely be returning whenever possible!
This is the worst fish and chips I've ever had. I ordered flathead but got bassa instead. The food was tasteless and I felt ripped off. Parking is dangerous to exit and the service is only for takeout. This was a lunch meal and cost between A$1-20 per person. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a 1 out of 5. Finding parking was somewhat difficult.

The fried seafood is below average, and quality varies. The fish felt almost a bit fake, and the potato scallops are just fried flour. Calamari rings are decent but the chips are way below average.
