The Broken Bean

The Broken Bean is a hidden treasure in Minden. The teenagers that work here are definitely what make this place awesome. I?ve picked up times before, but this was my first time stopping in to actually sit. I had questions about the weekly soups and various items and the young lady was so sweet in answering my questions and giving suggestions. Also, my meal was delightful! I had a grilled cheese crawfish étouffée. I?ll definitely be back again to try different items onthe menu!

I love this place! This is actually a ministry! They help women to gain control of there lives and introduce them the Jesus! So I had a BLT on jalapeno bread and it was awesome! One day I will actually have a coffee. But until then I'm sure it's amazing as well the staff are always a pleasure. Support the broken bean y'all!

I love what this small business stands for. I love the values they hold close to heart. Hands down the best chicken salad I?ve ever had! I also had a raspberry lemonade and my daughter had a unicorn shake. Everything was delicious! Friendly, helpful service in a clean and cozy place! We?ll definitely be back soon!

Coffee was good, service was just OK, environment could have been really nice and inviting but something was off and it was chaotic and off-putting instead.
