Attending a recent event here was an experience I won't soon forget, though for all the wrong reasons. The lack of air conditioning which I’m assuming was a mistake made the event a true test of endurance for both the guests and the bridal party. From the moment we arrived at the venue, the sweltering heat was immediately apparent. I had hoped that the indoor setting would offer some respite from the outside temperature, but to my dismay, there was no air conditioning to be found. We attended a wedding shower. It was a lovely building that offered plenty of parking, and there were 3 events including a big wedding. The 2nd floor women's restroom was not labeled. Seeing no restroom, we went all the way back downstairs and were directed by the concierge to more stairs down. This one had an attendant. However, they were on the phone. Later I learned that the floor we were on did have a women's restroom behind a paned glass door. When we were leaving, we revisited the downstairs bathroom again, but the railing was broken and dangling off the wall. Though decor was opulent in appearance, things seemed old and in disrepair. I hate to do this but what happened is inexcusable.My son was performing as an LED robot for a party yesterday 7/15After he finished of course he was hot and exhausted from the heat in the suit.He asked for a glass of water and was denied by the bartender because as the bartender put it he “didn’t belong here”My son didn’t argue and went to another bartender and was quickly served a glass of water.What happened next is pure evil.He didn’t get to take sip before the first bartender came running and grabbed the glass and poured out the water.Stating “don’t serve him any, he doesn’t belong here”It’s too bad because I’ve never had issues with the Brownstone but this bartender is ruining the plac...
It seems like this place specializes in hosting big celebrations, as there were multiple events happening simultaneously, including a baby's first birthday and another birthday party. However, their sound system could use some improvement. On a positive note, the staff were fantastic—super friendly and accommodating. As for parking, there's a lot available outside, along with additional parking across the street. I recommend using the lot across the street, as the front lot is small and can get crowded during events. Réservez une table maintenant
This restaurant has a beautiful and unique atmosphere that sets it apart from others. They offer great packages to suit various budgets, and their menu features a wide range of delicious food options. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. After exploring many venues for my wedding, this place has been the most understanding and helpful regarding COVID-related issues. They truly stand out! I highly recommend it and will certainly return.
Going there for Senior Class Night as a member of the North Arlington High School Class of 2019 was a memorable night at this venue. The staff served really good food and drinks. The music was really great and danceable. The speeches were really inspiring. It was a great way to get together with my classmates and their families to prepare for the upcoming graduation ceremony.
