During our recent stay in the area for a medical treatment, we found the hotel restaurant to be too expensive for our budget and the food was not great, so we decided to try out this pub for a change. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, so much so that we returned the following night for another meal. The drinks were reasonably priced and they had a great selection. The staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming. This village pub is incredibly welcoming with a friendly atmosphere. The staff and regulars are all very pleasant. The prices for beer and other drinks are reasonable. The open mic night may not have been the best quality, but it was still a fun experience. They are dog friendly, which is a plus. The food is top-notch, especially the curry which they rightfully take pride in.

This charming restaurant is a delightful spot. We enjoyed our meal in the conservatory, which, although a bit warm, offered a lovely view of the sky. The tables and chairs were simple yet comfortable. The menu featured classic pub fare, expertly prepared. The beer selection was a bit limited. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return.

This restaurant is a beautiful small pub with friendly staff. The food is a simple and cheerful pub menu, which is a refreshing change from the usual gastropubs. The bar is dog-friendly, but dogs are not allowed in the winter garden.
