I've been a fan of Buffalo Spot for quite some time, and I've recently visited this new location a couple of times. I must say, the food is incredibly fresh and delicious! What stood out to me the most, however, was the customer service. Last week, I was assisted by a lady named Alicia, and she was fantastic. I went in the evening and wanted to try the Atomic flavor. She kindly offered me a small taste with a fry to help me decide if it was something I could handle, and it was perfect! I ended up ordering the Atomic flavor on my chicken, but it was Alicia's thoughtful approach that really made me feel welcomed and at ease. There are always problems at this restaurant. They either take an extremely long time to serve you or they get your order wrong. Last night at 9 PM, they were using cleaning chemicals while preparing the food, which is concerning. It appears that their staff may not be properly trained.
Got recommended this place and decided to give it a try. The food here was good and the store manager there was very nice and friendly! Definitely made the experience better and made me want to come back! That and I have to come back for those fries!
I ordered wings and was disappointed to find the skin was soggy and the flavor was lacking. They tasted rubbery, almost like they had been microwaved. I chose this place based on the reviews, but it definitely did not meet my expectations.

Good food, and great customer serrvice ....the lady who helped me (Alicia) explaining the menu cause was my first time.....she was nice and polite....u guys got a new custumer.
First time here. Great place, food and customer service. Their signature fries have become my favorite! Thanks to the store manager for making my experience an awesome one!
