I was a loyal customer here as they served quality beef. However, the female waitress who was in charge of the first area (tables on the right when you enter) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she did not get the order correct, she gave us a unpleasant look and asked whether we were sure of the order. When staff were cleaning the table, it was so noisy that our eardrums were ringing. Overall, their customer service and attitude was absolutely dreadful. Totally ruined our night especially because of the aforementioned female staff's terrible attitude- she acted as if we were a burden to her, when we are really just asking for what we have ordered. We went to this restaurant because of an offer they had on Facebook. A few minutes after we ordered, the staff returned and said it’s not available on a Public Holiday. Then we had to restart our order because we couldn’t get the set we wanted as the promotion is not available on a public holiday. I then pointed out that there was no T&C’s on the post, then he said that the promo is actually for Sydney store only, appearing only on the Sydney Store Facebook page. I then pointed out that when we searched for The Bulgogi Strathfield, there is only 1 Facebook page for all three store. He still wouldn’t let us order. One lie after another... I gues I’ll have to pass this case to the Fair Trading...
Absolutely great place to eat!!!! Cute, cosy, mysterious place. You don’t wanna tell anyone where is it but I’d be selfish not to seeing as it is THE BULGOGI spot. Every time I’ve been here they are 100% on point with everything. Beautiful food, good music and excellent hospitality. Staff are exceptionally helpful especially if you’re new to Korean BBQ. Staff are so friendly and I would recommend this place everyone. We’ll definitely be back. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS FOR TONIGHT!
