The Burrito Factory

We were in the drive-thru. Waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Then she couldn't hear anything. The speaker system needs some work.I had to repeat myself with each item we ordered. Sometimes 3 times! We ordered a shrimp quesadilla , no white sauce no salsa fresca. They filled the quesadilla with both. My husband couldn't eat. My tostada was good but the tortilla was so hard, I couldn't cut it with a steak knife. Seriously, the business needs to invest in a better sound system for the drive-thru. Food is always good here I have never had a bad experience but it seems that in this day and age employees just don’t understand basic commands or request from customers. When I ask for 1 cup of sauce of all your sauces I’m assuming it’s a basic request but I guess employees just either don’t care or are incompetent, this is why I hate going thru the drive thru because of this. Now some of you may think this is petty but you have had a long day these are the things that will upset anyone. I hope this does go to deaf ears and the manager does something to correct this as I will never go thru the drive thru again it’s the attention to detail that makes a business and a person great.

Vegetarians beware ! I haven't gone to this place is a long time because they always gave me meat in my veggie burrito or messed up the order somehow but I decided to get take out since it's been a while. Half way though my burrito I see a piece of chicken that was bitten and that I just ate. How do you put chicken in a veggie burrito ? Like come on what if I was allergic to certain meats or it was a religious purpose. If you are vegetarian do not go here, 80% of the time they will give you meat in your food.

I always select the shrimp burrito, love the spices and ingredients added as mushrooms and chipotle sauce. This day service was very fast! Lady was very kind and helped me with a cup of water as it was boiling that day.Sauces are so good! Always spicy! Careful with chili oil, it's good but super spicy!

Street tacos are really good only down side was I had to wait 20 min for them. Place is good to dine in and love their pepino drink .
