The Bustard Inn & Restaurant

Booked for a Sunday lunch for four. Having looked ant the menu, and pucturs online, I was expecting small portions. As a result, we ordered a starter. This was a generous portion of soup, with some really tasty bread, and a small portion of hummus. This felt an odd combination, but it really worked. A short.while later, the mains were served. I was really surprised by the amount of meat. Everything tasted fantastic. I think perhaps a little more veg would have made an amazing meal perfect. Can't comment on the desserts, as none of our group had one, but everything we had, from the food to the service, was fantastic.

I had the pleasure of having lunch with a friend last Sunday. We both really appreciate good food and we were not disappointed. My starter was sublime in taste, modern but not predestined in terms of ingredients. (Mushrooms on toast) main course: beef rump steak, equally tasty and juicy. Perfect portions of dishes. If it were possible, I would give the service 6 stars. I haven't felt so welcome in a restaurant for a long time. The interior design is quite austere, but warmed by light. Lots of space. I recommend and will definitely come back to try the evening dishes

Stopped here for a Sunday dinner, the food was lovely, beef was served pink and was informed of this on ordering, it was lovely, the pork I am told was just a nice. Crème brûlée for dessert was just heaven, served with a raspberry sorbet on the side. The service was fantastic, the servers never seemed to stop, they were constantly tidying away plates or bringing food and drinks. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant, thank you. Called in lunchtime on a Wednesday (they don't open Monday or Tuesday). My wife skipped the starter...but I didn't. I had smoked cauliflower paté. Lovely. I then had venison for a main course and it was delicious. The chocolate dessert was a real treat. In all, a really good meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Réservez une table maintenant

Great staff from the top down giving really good service. We had a Sunday lunch for our group of 6 which included 2 young children and we were looked after extremely well. There's a very nice atmosphere and is well worth a visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is top-notch. This is a great spot for dinner. The price per person is between £30-40. Food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5 out of 5.

Came for Sunday lunch today. Soup and main course both tasty enjoyable, however would have preferred it to have been hotter. It was only warm.. Dessert was beautiful. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Réservez une table maintenant

The moto is you get what you pay for and that is no more true that the Bustard. The food is outstanding; where do I start, the Lincolnshire Red is amazing,
