I had a great experience dining at the bar tonight. The bar and lounge area was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. They offered a decent selection of burgers and steaks. My meal was well-cooked and beautifully presented. The chips were large and had a nice crispy texture. The steak was cooked to perfection and was delicious, especially with the extra onion rings. I will definitely be returning!

Great selection of pub food. Lady behind the bar was lovely and brought our dog a bowl of water without even having to ask. Stopped here unplanned on the way back from Alton Towers on a very rainy day. Lovely pub. Great menu for all the family and the chicken ham and leek pie was epic. Only issue I had is only one of the fires was lit! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Had a lovely lunch here yesterday. We had a very warm welcome. Camembert and the chutney was amazing. Taste hot dog and followed up with yummy bread and butter pudding. Really happy we found this pub. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
