The Butcher's Block Granville

The first thing I have to compliment is the staff. They were great. I happened to mention when I made the booking that it was my friends birthday and to my surprise they brought us a beautiful slice of cheese cake and printed on the plate (in chocolate) Happy Birthday and my friends name The entrees were delicious, we had salt and pepper calamari, I always try this wherever I go, some are great and some are ordinary, this one was great and spicy chicken wings which were FANTASTIC. They are not very spicy but the sauce is incredible For the main course we shared a plate of mixed ribs, Pork, Lamb and Beef. Unfortunately the beef ribs weren't great, they were too fatty and had a lot of gristle...

For our 1st experience at the Butchers Block we were totally impressed, the food was spot on and the variety drinks was extensive, definitely recommend you give this place a go and the Rib-eye was top shelf. They cater for group bookings as well and there is plenty of space

We celebrated my Wife’s retirement at the Butchers Block and a lovely night we had. The Front of House manager is one of the most attentive people I have had the pleasure to be served by. We will visit again soon.

Great restaurant, very helpful staff, steak was great -little on the expensive side but definitely worth it. Pork tips were delicious! We will definitely be back and will bring friends as well!

I made a booking to bring in a few customers. The food was above expectations, the ambient was nice and the service was perfect. They took good care of us. I would definitely return.
