Scott's - Réservation de table

Von der Strasse leider nicht zu sehen, dafür mit wunderschöner Aussicht über das Bergpanorama. Frühstück Mit riesiger Auswahl, sehr feine Brote, Früchte und frischer Saft. Sogar frische Omelettes gab es auf Nachfrage. Abends nette Karte, eher international, keine typischen Schweizer Gerichte. Ich hätte ein sehr feines Lachstartare und Saibling mit Spargelrisotto. Servicemitarbeiter sind zwar eher jung aber sehr freundlich und Service war tiptop.

The food at the Cambrian is really an explosion of flavors. We were recommended to order the sharing dishes, and we understand why. Everything tasted delicious and was served at different times, combined together at the Chefs request. All high quality food, and the price for two including two glasses of wine and one aperitif was not more than expected (130 chf) I would definitely eat here again

Im Vergleich zum Hotel fällt das Restaurant angenehm auf. Das Essen ist gut, die Portionen ansprechend und die Stimmung entspannend.Wir kommen gerne mal wieder zum Nachtessen. Das Hotel, der SPA wie auch der Billiardraum gleichen ja eher einem Jugendhaus oder gar einer Jugendherberge. Hier ist der Preis für den gebotenen Lärm eher unanständig...

Atmosphäre, Bedienung und das Essen haben in sich gepasst und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Nicht ganz günstig, aber man kriegt was geboten. Das Essen war wirklich ein Renner, da sehr innovativ und die Sinne verwöhnend, dazu eine tolle Empfehlung eines Schweizer Weines. Dafür geben wir gerne etwas mehr aus. Réservez une table maintenant

Hotel tres confortable avec service agreable. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles mais bien decorees. Prendre vue montagne de preference.le spa et la piscine valent le coup. Tres bon restaurant. Bel hotel pour visiter la region avec de tres belles randos sportives a faire

We stayed at The Cambrian in a Cambrian Suite for 10 days and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is really wonderfully designed and the entire Cambrian team was great, very friendly, attentive, personal, really a blessing, highly recommended
