The Capital Grille

24th anniversary and Capital Grille did not disappoint from acknowledging the occasion when we arrived, a little embellishment at the table to amazing variations on beef tenderloin and a fantastic prosciutto and fresh mozzarella appetizer, we ate very well. A little surprise with the luscious desserts, and a great waiter made it a lovely evening.

We love Capital Grille;however, this was not our best experience to date. Chicken dish lacked flavor, not enough of Parmesan flavor for a dish listed that way. Potatoes were not their usual texture and sauce was lacking, potatoe slices were stuck together badly. Service was slower than usual. It happens, we will be back.
