The Capital Grille

Like most other reviewers, there's nothing bad I can say about the service...top notch. They were attentive and accommodating.The food was ok. My wife had the crab cake which she felt was entirely too salty. I had the bone in strip which I'm sorry to say was overdone. It seems to be a common problem according to many reviewers. I asked for medium-rare(maybe slightly above) but it was cooked throughout...no pink anywhere, not even next to the bone. It was also barely seasoned(salt).It's too bad. I remember this restaurant having better quality food..or at the very least cooked right. I may try them again at a later time...maybe they'll have a better chef in the kitchen.I give them a 4 star ra...

So odd, but $170 rib for two was shameful. Lifetime customer. I am almost positive they recycled a tomahawk bone and laid down a sliced ribeye in front of it. Nothing carved at table. The small rib eye cuts were still excellent.

Jose was incredible and made our 46th Anniversary very special... the food was outstanding and the little extras provided by Jose were thoughtful and appreciated. This is why we keep coming back. Thank you Capital Grille.

First time ordering the sea bass as my entrée- OMG OUTSTANDING. Every bite cooked to perfection. Have been very positively impressed with what feels like upward advancement in the Grille's culinary preparations.
