The Capital Grille Jacksonville

This restaurant has always been one of our favorites, but this time, I need to let everyone know how they went above and beyond for us. We made reservations at a nearby restaurant to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience, and I quickly called Capital Grill and asked if they could accommodate us on such short notice. Within 20 minutes, we arrived and were greeted by smiling faces. Upon being seated, we were greeted with a card signed by the staff and confetti on the table. Our server, Joy, was outstanding and made us feel special from the very moment we sat down. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were exactly what we needed and appreciated....

Took my mom to lunch for her 100th birthday. The restaurant did a perfect luncheon. The table had beautiful decorations, fresh flowers, gold rimmed chargers, decorative napkin holders, and confetti with Happy Birthday. Champagne was complimentary.
