The landlord, Terry, was exceptional. He ran the pub with professionalism, keeping everything tidy and engaging with customers to ensure everyone had a wonderful time. We definitely plan on returning to this place despite its slightly off-the-beaten-path location, as it was a delightful spot. We want to give a special thank you to Terry for making our journey home much more bearable. The service here was top-notch and exceeded our expectations for a pub. Simply perfect. If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars.
Nice village pub, friendly staff. We were surprised that the food was so nice to be honest. Pub grub, but well cooked and with fresh vegetables and salad. Thank you. We were staying at Harlington Manor, which is less than five minutes walk away. That meant we didn't need to drive. We therefore shared a nice bottle of Merlot after a pint of Real Ale. Recommended for down to earth evening meal.
that was delicious! such beautiful people and everything was just brilliant: just by e-mail mentioned that we were coming with a stroller and a high chair was already waiting. scrummy frying and a big selection of dessert board siblings. went for a birthday meal and would definitely come back. Thank you!
This charming pub has a pleasant vibe. The service was excellent and welcoming. The menu had a good variety, and the portions were huge and delicious! However, it was a bit on the pricier side. I would have preferred smaller portions with a more reasonable price to match other similar restaurants.

Unfortunately, we visited on a Monday night when no food was being served. This was disappointing, but the establishment was quite empty and had a nice atmosphere. The barmaid was very helpful, and we were able to relax and enjoy our drinks in a cozy setting.
Lovely pub for a great Sunday lunch (x2 roast beef dinners and chicken bacon pie! with amazing desserts and a couple of pints. Lovely atmosphere, not to busy and great music

we came to lunch today (when too early we were not disappointed. eating was great, and the staff was nice. we will definitely come back.

had simply the most beautiful eating and drinking, served by the friendly and favorite bar lady. recommend this little gem.
