The Castle Inn - Réserver une table

I was disappointed with the lack of friendly service and poor customer service skills at this restaurant. Our table was not ready on time and the portions were small and overpriced. I am hesitant to return in the future.

Let us down. Didn’t deliver. Phone engaged constantly so couldn’t get through. Sorry guys we know it’s New Year’s Eve but no excuse to fail to deliver Poor show! We will get our money back and in future avoid you.

Saddened that the service was not with a smile and lacked customer service skills. Tables weren't cleared in a timely fashion. The food was small portions and very expensive doubt whether will return

The staff at this restaurant was fantastic, and the Chinese cuisine was excellent.
