excellent meal and service. warm friendly reception on a dry wet Sunday with a beautiful atmosphere inside. attentive staff with drinks and dips that arrive immediately. Sunday roast (bef or black) was a real tasty bite with yorkshire puddings, bratkartoffeln, kohl, green bean, cauliflower cheese and gravy. also hot. gloomy were all nice, but the pavlowa was great! would recommend this as a great place to go and good value for money.
beautiful country pub with excellent friendly staff. we were on site for a weekend break and seven of us have eaten here on Saturday night. a good selection of dishes also for a member of our group, which is gluten free and all at a reasonable price. Happy to recommend this pub to everyone and recommend to book especially at a weekend. many thanks to all staff for a beautiful evening.
