booked Sunday dinner per week in advance. for Sunday dinner at 15.00 for two adults and two children. we did not come to welcome, simply said: "Your table was set up in the other room. the manager was not received coming and said he believed we had ordered for four adults. I told him I was very clear it was for two adult and two children when I booked. we asked to see the menu and was recommended it was offered only Sunday evening dinner. I asked what the vegetarian option was that he told me we had to order in advance and that would not be available today. there were no prizes on the table for Sunday roasts or possibilities of puddings published and the website was down today before they ar...
Awesome pub tucked away in the little village of Medstead. Family run which is always a plus. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Huge beer garden. Staff are always happy and will help anyone. Lovely atmosphere and worth a visit. Always some good pub chat with the locals or secluded spots where you can have your privacy. Huge car park and not on a busy road. Parking: Parking for 12-15 cars. Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 entrances, one with disabled access for wheel chairs and the other door with a single step down.
My mom and I arrived right as the restaurant opened and received a warm welcome from the manager and a young lady working there. We found the lunch selection to be decent and were informed that the menu is set to change. We will definitely be returning to try it again. The restaurant has a large garden at the back, which is great for kids. I used to go there with my grandparents when I was younger. Overall, I would give the food a 4-star rating.
