I went to The Cheese Store located on the main street in Point Edward in search of a cheese to pair with the apple bread I bought during a recent trip to The Big Apple near Trenton, Ontario. The owner of The Cheese Store was friendly and knowledgeable. When I asked for a recommendation, he suggested Applewood Smoked Cheddar without hesitation. It was a great choice: grilled apple bread with smoked applewood cheddar cheese (I added slices of apple to the sandwich as well). Delicious! The Cheese Store offers a wide selection of cheeses for every budget and occasion, as well as crackers, condiments, and more. The cheesy jokes are endless, but the Cheese Wedge has an incredible selection of seriously good cheese! We were referred to the store by a friend when visiting Sarnia and are so glad that we made the time to drop in. The staff were friendly,...knowledgable and made some fabulous recommendations. We sampled a broad assortment of distinctive cheeses produced locally and from around the world, and found it difficult to narrow our selection to less than half a dozen. Our only regret is that we do not live in Sarnia, otherwise I'm sure that the Cheese Wedge would become a weekly indulgence.

We entered the restaurant to see their selection. They had a variety of unique cheeses and offered us a taste of any we were interested in (although we declined). The only downside was that the prices per pound were not displayed, and I prefer not to ask for the price of each one. They also had many unique items in their store, and I would definitely return to purchase some of these items for creating gift baskets.

I recently lunched at The Cheese Store with friends. This is a small friendly establishment. We all had sandwiches and salad. I had a caramelized onion and mushroom grilled cheese sandwich which was just to die for you can add meats to the sandwiches)....The Cheese Store has a huge selection of cheeses every cheese lovers dream. Nice gift store also. Highly recommend for a nice lunch out. Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant is an excellent place to sample a variety of cheeses, from local favorites to international specialties. The friendly staff will educate you on the different varieties and suggest delicious food pairings. There's always something new on the menu to try, and we always leave with a new favorite cheese to add to our collection. A true hidden gem in the local food scene.

We went there to check the place out specifically look for some Guayaquil, Ecuador CHEESE. We didn't get it but many cheeses that are not available in the store are brought by customers to the owners of The Cheese Store. We bought soups, {from...frozen} spicy grilled chicken, specialty jam. They served us pleasantly (later) we enjoyed the tasty food items!

The staff was very professional and took the time to explain to me the various varieties of British cheeses. They gave me the option of bringing in my own plate as a cost saving measure. The final presentation was lovely.
