I met my friend there this past Wednesday to celebrate her birthday. We met at the location in the Walt Whitman mall We were seated in a booth as we had requested. There we sat for about 20 minutes before our server acknowledged us . After taking our order we didn’t receive so much as water for another 1/2 hour . She disappeared for about 50 minutes . I went to the front and mentioned we hadn’t seen our server .we asked what’s taking so long? She claimed it was because I ordered my burger well done . Well my burger arrives and not only wasn’t it well done but it wasn’t the one I ordered . I send it back and my friend starts eating her fish which was a bit cold and I wait . Someone from manag...
If you dine here you can expect slow service. We eat here 10 15 times per year and speedy service is the exception, not the rule. I expect restaurant dining to take about an hour without appetizers and desserts. Today it took 45 minutes to serve 3 meals. Last time we were here it was over an hour. The food is good when it arrives hot, which can also be problematic, but if you are on any kind of schedule you're better off finding another restaurant.
Food is delicious and the restaurant is always clean. However, the wait is always ridiculous, even with a reservation, at least from my experience...and my favorite dish was just removed from menu. Love it. Never dissapoints. Went again yesterday. Still great. Let's just say that I eat here frequently. There's a reason for that. Went again today. Tried the honey truffle chicken for the first time ... Cheesecake, Deeeeelish

Always get the Skinnylicious Asian chicken salad. My niece got the Smokehouse BBQ burger. Sergio was a great server.
The food was amazing I had the French dip burger. That my kids tried to steal. Great service and kid friendly
