We arrived at 730pm. We were seated at 845pm. We ordered at 9pm, but we didn't receive our food until about 950pm. We informed the waitress that we wanted to order cheesecake after our dinner. A few minutes later she took our menus and left. At that time we asked her to please bring us 6 different slices of cheesecake's. She returned with containers and said that they had placed them in a to-go dish and that the pastry kitchen was closed, which is why they did not include whipped cream with the cheesecake. I wouldn't recommend ordering the nachos unless you enjoy soggy tortillas drenched in grease. I also tried the cucumber lemonade, but found something floating in it. When I asked the waiter about it, his explanation did not help my discomfort.
The overall service was poor. It seems like the waitstaff are just going through the motions, and they seem to favor heavy, oily food with little seasoning. There’s nothing wrong with a laid-back waiter, but it's clear that the level of service needs improvement.
Additionally, the hostesses could strive to be more welcoming and friendly. A restaurant should operate with effective communication among staff, from the kitchen to the front of the house...
Jambalaya Pasta was full of oil today. Normally, this is a great go-to dish that is always on point. Quality has taken a hit at this location recently. We will keep coming back and hope things improve. (Even the manager took a look and agreed). We were still billed for thr dish after pointing this out to the manager and he agreed.As for service, it seems they are short staffed and have too many tables to serve or the staff is not trained well. Either way, there are some seriously long waits for food once you are sat.

The service was quite slow, but that was alright. I don’t recall the name of the pasta my wife ordered, but the noodles were dry—our waiter even pointed that out. I had an Italian trio, and the chicken had an unusual seafood flavor. I’m not sure if they used the same oil or fat that was used for the seafood dish, as I had requested mine without seafood! However, the staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the honesty of our waiter, Lane.
I came in by myself with two young children. They were very accommodating they said 30 mins but it was like 15 mins. waitress checked up on me twice after food was delivered. It was a little complex because my son also wanted milk instead of soda, then 2 to go cheesecakes to eat at home and a meal to go for hubby who was home. All this took about an hr, which to me was quick and definitely painless even with kiddos in public.
They don’t make you wait at the bar. I had a strawberry blossom—two, in fact. The sweet tamale cake has long been one of my favorites. I also tried the Louisiana dish for the first time; it was served in a butter sauce, though I wish it had more mushrooms and less paprika. To finish off this delicious meal, I had the best treat: an Oreo cheesecake. It’s a must-try!
My server was great! I had a good time. My Salmon was just as I like it, crispy on the sides and moist in the inside. The only complain I have is that they don’t cut the broccoli ? , it’s just a huge broccoli stem (it was seasoned deliciously) but ,nonetheless, they still deserve a 5 stars!Highly recommend.

Food proportions are large to make up for the lack of flavor. Like cafeteria food, but worse because I pay more for this food.Red velvet cheesecake was sickeningly sweet and made me feel unwell from the high level of sweetness.Slow service, food took 35 minutes to arrive. Would not return.
