We made a reservation late and the earliest we can get in on a Friday was 8pm which was expected! We waited about 5 minutes after check in since we were early so it didn't take long to get to our table! Their menu is massive so make sure you look ahead before going because it can get overwhelming! They have food ranging from burgers, pastas, Asian, etc. this was my third time going to a Cheesecake Factory but I was very disappointed! It didn't take long for us to get our appetizer so that was great and the bread was fresh and warm! Unfortunately it took us an hour to get our food because my friend who ordered the Korean Fried Chicken ordered brown rice and they ran out and asked if he was ok...
a classic in my eyes. the choices are endless. to go here and not find something they like would be hard. ask yourself and get some suggestions from friends when they fight selection. we like to start and bring the rest to home. not shown below, but we love the mac cheese bisse and buffalo blasts! the cheesecake is of course good, but this is less rare. Unfortunately, it's a bit further a running gear so we don't get there so often, but I'm glad to try again and again new things.
it was my first time here and my bf took me out for birthday dinner. this place is absolutely amazing with tasty food (many to choose) and amazing employees. to start, you will sprinkle bread with warm, soft and fluffy with a ton of sweet butter on it and bite. it just melts into the mouth! both of us have ordered were just sooo good that we don't stop making compliment and mention that we have to make another trip to the cheesecake factory. the best place to dinner!
great food. better service. the manager brian was absolutely delightful. we had a few minor problems and brian went beyond our expectations to fix dinge. He's the kind everyone likes to hang with. please put one of brian in any restaurant they have. To be honest, he'd just come back for him. the food was fresh and delicious. free strawberry shortcake was the most amazing dessert. something I would not have chosen, but will order every time.

Got a pickup order, came in. we had to wait 1 hour until some sliders were made. They don't take that long to make. so we were there waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes when it could have been 20 or 25 minutes. but, the manager said we could have a free cheesecake so that is what makes it two stars. It was EXTREMELY annoying and aggravating. Disappointed in the cheesecake factory. Never eating here again.
You can’t go wrong at The Cheesecake Factory! Large portions at reasonable prices. We had the factory nachos today as well as the brussel sprouts and both were great! We’ve eaten at many of their locations, and this was definitely on par with others that we have visited. We also got some tasty cheesecake to go. Don’t hesitate to visit this location!
Laura was our Waitress, she literally was the best waitress, she was sweet and she even had students come and dedicate a whole section to her with her pictures and everything, can tell she’s passionate person that takes pride in what she does. She deserves the world. Even has me thinking about working they part-time.
I don't go to these often (no particular reason) and a meal like tonight makes me rethink why not? Their carne asada steak with corn and rice is pleasantly flavorful and somehow without being spicy. The house wine is pretty good too.
