The Cheesecake Factory is a chain of restaurants that also sell a variety of cheesecakes that began in the late 1950s in Detroit, Michigan. The company has now expanded internationally with restaurants in the Middle East and Asia. Your menu has a wide selection of appetizers to specialties, but we decided to go directly to the net as the portions are huge, usually good for 2 -3 persons. We ordered both the Miso Salmon and the Hibachi Steak for our surf and turf inspired lunch. The salmon tastes so fresh as if it were caught an hour ago. I love her strawberry cake! It's the best cheese cake I've tasted so far, and if I ever get back to the USA, it's definitely going to dine again. They also serve regular dishes that were delicious.
