The Cheesecake Factory

Service is alright, but the food quality needs to be better here. The wait was very miniscule compared to other Cheesecake Factories, which is a plus. When we were seated, our table was still dirty and greasy from the table that must've sat lastthere. The server was nice and was very attentive. However, when we got our food, it was quite disappointing. The first red flagwas that my partners burger was raw. This was replaced, but came back out as rare instead of medium like requested. Secondly,the chicken was cold inside my fried chicken sandwich, which is concerning. The waiter was very nice, however for a restaurantexperience, I would go anywhere else and get a better meal than I did today....

I went here a few months ago, I believe I had the classic cheese burger. It was delicious, it tasted just like a burger you'd get at neighbor's barbecue. I'd have to say it's the best burger I've had in a long time. I guess they use a smoked grill to give it that charred flavor because I recently went to Top's Diner, and the burger tasted nothing like Cheescake's factory.

Got long Island iced tea, steak and salmon all from the skinnylicious menu. The food was ok and standard quality, and the iced tea exceeded our expectation. Great brown bread as well soft and sweet. However, the utensils were visibly dirty? and thatcancels out all the good parts.

It was great spending some time together with my son. The ambient was good and the food was fresh like if I make it at home. We could talk without screaming, etc. Overall we both had fun. Look at some of the pictures and see where these come from in thecheesecake factory.

You cannot go wrong with any of their cheese cakes. My personal favorite is mango lime pie. And dish wise “bang bang chicken and shrimp”
