The Cheesecake Factory

I know staffing is a challenge these days, BUT we waited over an hour 20 minutes to be seated! Pretty ridiculous! Our waiter was awesome but WAY overloaded with tables! Our food: There was no lettuce for the Asian lettuce wraps (the only reason we came), I ordered the Thai salad, fine except the chicken was WAY overcooked. Then you have discontinued the Lemon Torte, the reason why we waited so long for a table. So many tables were open, but I'm guessing there were no staff to work them! No … – show

Did an online order they took a tip that I didn’t approve. Plus when you sign up for the curbside you have to go in the store yourself!!
