Super disappointed with The Cheesecake Factory. Over a month ago my co-workers ordered lunch for my office wedding shower and the food never arrived. When we called, the restaurant said our order had been picked up. After speaking with Doordash, they said a driver was never assigned. Luckily Doordash did right by us and refunded. Went to pick up and order, tall mexican lady at the pickup table was RUDE! Pickup orders should be fast in and out, lady came back with my order 20 mins later saying “idk why youre waiting over here, your order was at the other side” and rolled her as eyes! listen lady, maybe if it wasnt so loud and you spoke UP i wouldve went to where you told me too or you can easily couldve brought my order to the pickup table!! lmao i didnt got her name either

We dined indoors and it was a very well kept and clean place. The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great, a little pricey but worth a every once in a while time for a budget. Would recommend going at least once.

Horrible customer service the hostess chewing bubble gum like a goat while talking to us. Moreover they gave our seat away to someone else and we had to wait for an extra hour. I did not get an apologize.
