The staff happily accommodated our preference for three levels of spice - mild, medium, and hot, and the medium spice level was just right for us. For dessert, we enjoyed mango kulfi (ice-cream) that reminded us of India. The generous serving sizes left us feeling very satisfied. The prices at The Chimney are reasonable, and the owner personally greeted us and inquired about our dining experience. This level of professionalism was very impressive, especially for newcomers who recently relocated from Sydney to Albury-Wodonga. While some restaurants in the area can be hit or miss, The Chimney is a definite hit! I highly recommend giving it a try to experience the warmth and flavors of the incredible subcontinent.
My partner and I went out for dinner last night at The Chimney in Wodonga with a friend. The service was excellent, especially the girl who greeted us warmly. We dine out frequently and consider this restaurant to be excellent. The food was cooked perfectly and served promptly. Five stars to the team at The Chimney.
