The China Room - Réservation de table

Went for meal for the second time we had the set menu which was excellent. We love the Peking Hot Sour Soup and the rest of the meal was great. The rest of the set menu was Salt Pepper Ribs/Mini Spring Rolls Aromatic Crispy Duck (Served with Pancakes, Cucumber, Spring Onion Hoi Sin Sauce) Chicken with Green Peppers in Black Bean Sauce King Prawn with Cashew Nuts (Served in Golden Bird’s Nest) Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables Egg Fried Rice. All the food was well cooked and the staff are a credit to this restaurant.

My first visit for a long time and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were attentive the service was prompt and the food excellent. A good ambiance inside . I was genuinely surprised at how busy it was for Sunday teatime but that’s the sign of a good restaurant I suppose. The only negative is that the wine list was somewhat limited and they didn’t have my wife’s favourite white wine . All in all a lovely visit and I will be back soon.

I recently went to this long-standing restaurant and got a takeout of steamed dim sum and a quarter of crispy duck. Both dishes were extremely tasty, with the duck in particular standing out as the best I've had in a long time. Stephen and his team were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can't wait to make a reservation for a sit-down meal soon to fully experience the China Room.

I'm coeliac so I can't have anything containing gluten the 4 times I've been they have adapted dishes for me the food has always been good, the Sunday -Thursday menu is under £20 there's a good choice of dishes I highly recommend a visit Réservez une table maintenant

The staff are really welcoming. We got a table straight away despite it being quite busy on a Monday. The service was quick and the food was hot and tasty. We had the chicken Satay starter and the sesame King prawn with lemon and honey.

This Chinese restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, making it my top choice for Chinese cuisine. The staff are welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend trying this place!

The restaurant was really nice. I ordered the Sui Mai Dim Sum and the Schezuan king prawns. I forgot to check the spelling before posting my review, but I highly recommend both dishes.

We visit here quite often. As far as Chinese Restaurants go I’d say this is one of the best I have been to. Great food, great service and an overall pleasant dining experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Are here recently and the service was amazing, I suffer with allergies and the staff quadruple checked everything. The food was brilliant I would definetly eat there again.
