The Chip Stop - Réserver une table

Asked for large Cod and chips as this was the only Fish on the menu ... fish was cooked to order which is great so happyly waited for 7 mins so a fresh piece of Atlantic Cod . The fish looked good with a nice batter and chips are decent . But sadly the fish didn't deliver the buttery firm sweet taste it was very soft and mild like alaskan Pollock .

Delicious, moderately priced and reasonably sized portions. Not too fatty. Within easy and pleasant strolling distance of Mayflower Marina. Call ahead and it will be ready and waiting for you. A semi-regular, whenever we visit Plymouth (2nd home here). A warm welcome from Paul and Linda. Recommended.

I love the fish here. I love the crispy batteries in portions. service is great. very attentive staff. to get a bottle of decent white wine with my fish chips is a bonus. the shop is always very clean, what you trust in what happens back. a good sound, a hidden gem.

first time eating from here a few days ago the fish was nice chips was just right hubby really enjoyed his frit and their gravy is so delicious again fab service and very polite about all they are the 5 stars or more worth

Live a little away and even after traveling home batter remained crispy, chips still really nice. Could have been slightly larger chip portions for men, but very pleasant!
