I visited this restaurant for the first time since the ownership changed and decided to try the set meal for 4. For £42.50, we were amazed by the amount of food we received. We got 4 servings of hot and sour soup, BBQ spare ribs, salt and pepper chicken wings (in full boxes), sweet and sour chicken, beef curry, king prawn with ginger and spring onions, char sui Szechuan, and 4 servings of Yung chow fried rice. Additionally, we received prawn crackers and a free 1.5 litre bottle of soda. The meals were all delicious with tender meat in generous portions. This restaurant offers the best quality and value food in Merseyside. I highly recommend giving it a try!
Chips greasy wet mess burnt around the edges. Kebab was tasteless. Told fish was cod, when it wasn't, it was just generic horrible tasting white fish. He was adamant it was cod, It wasn't so they lie too. Everything went straight in the bin after few mouthfuls. Prices are extortionate so you'd think they'd buy decent ingredients. Nope, tastes like the cheapest, tasteless stock they could find. Will never buy there again.
I live 5mins minutes away from the chippy Longview Drive but stopped buying food there ages ago HOWEVER after closing for refurbishment and reopening UNDER NEW OWNERS let me say the food is excellent it 's now the only takeaway I 'll be using the premises are spotlessly clean the staff cheerful and friendly each meal I 've had so far comes piping hot and freshly cooked five Star rating from me give it a try
This fish and chip shop has vastly improved since changing ownership. The food is consistently delicious every time we visit. We have never had a negative experience and we are regular customers, going every week. The staff are also very friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant. Our favorite dish is the extra spicy salt and pepper, but everything we have tried has been delicious.

This place only just changed hands. Previously the food was terrible but under new management has completely changed. By far the best food in the area and reasonably priced. The meals are large with plenty of meat. Not had a bad one yet. Delivery times have been between 10 and twenty minutes which I have to say is excellent. Highly recommend.
We stopped going here because the quality went down the pan. It's under new owners/management and was informed the food was lovely. I gave it a go. Wow. How delicious. Restraunt quality. Really clean, staff very friendly and order was ready when I arrived. Definitely go again. Please support our local business.
I heard how good the food has been recently now its under new management and it didn't disappoint. Food was perfect wasn't greasy at all. The staff was so friendly and the shop was spotless I'll definitely be coming back soon.
Omg got a delivery from here the food was in edible never tasted anything like it the whole lot got binned ther was a funny smell rang dont ahybody ever order from here it’s a waste ov muney !!!!!! How this place il never no

The chicken chow mein had very few ingredients other than rice noodles. I know prices have gone up, but paying £7.20 for this dish is too much. It feels like a rip-off.
I have only just move to the area and order meal was terrible could not eat it crispy beef was burnt well over done no tast to.the meals at all will not order again
