The Chocolate Factory

I ordered two subs from here today and they gave me the wrong order. When I said something about it being wrong, I got a very unpleasant star from the staff. I wanted to be nice. They assured me they replaced them with the right subs. Even a little waited for me to make them new. When I came home, it was the wrong ones! You lied to me. Because of the dirty appearance and dishonestness. Better.

The limitation on ice cream options for delivery is disappointing as it restricts the ability to order many of the delicious Cedar Crest flavors. Additionally, modifications were not properly executed. Despite these minor issues, I still have a great appreciation for the restaurant.

We had a lovely book club meeting here. The food was good. They had gluten free options, and the service and ice cream.... all lovely. I only wish the chairs were a little more comfy for sitting and chatting a while. Otherwise it was perfect.

The first time we ever went to this place and loved it. We are now putting it on our list of places to go when in the area. Soup and ice cream were phenomenal and service was just as good. Look at this well-maintained place. You'll enjoy it. Réservez une table maintenant

I absolutely adore the ham and cheese sub at The Chocolate Factory! It has always been my go-to choice whenever I visit. Additionally, the Chocolate Brownie Fudge Sundae (Regular) is a must-have on a hot summer day.

Had a very positive experience at the Chocolate Factory The sandwiches were fresh the bread was soft in the ice cream was delicious. I most definitely will return again in the future if I'm in the area.

The food was excellent and the delivery service was great. The Turkey Breast and Peanut Butter Banana smoothie (16oz) were both delicious.

The sandwich Quality is not the same its been about 6 years since I had The Chocolate Factory and its not the same.
