The Chocolate Factory

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I have ordered two times through Uber Eats and twice have been shorted food. The receipts from both orders clearly shows that the order was entered correctly, but the missing items were not ticked off as packed. The second order even had a note to the restaurant to double check that all the food was accounted for before giving the order to the driver. On a positive note, the food is tasty and portion sizes are generous. It's a good value overall, but The Chocolate Factory needs to work on quality checking orders. Food rating 5 stars Customer satisfaction for the order received 1 star

I was very disappointed when I received my The Phoenix. Unfortunately there was no pepper jack cheese that is usually on it. It is the reason I order that sandwich. I love the pepper jack cheese and it just adds so much flavor to the sandwich. so when I first bit into it I knew something was off. and when I checked the sandwich I found out it was missing the pepper jack cheese. I hope next time I order that it is made correctly.

On a brighter note, the food is delicious and the portion sizes are generous, making it a good value overall. However, The Chocolate Factory really needs to improve their quality control when it comes to fulfilling orders. I would rate the food at 5 stars, but for customer satisfaction regarding the orders received, I can only give 1 star.

The ham and cheese sub is truly outstanding and delicious. However, the tuna sub was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was a good choice this time.

Large ice at reasonable prices. The location is directly opposite the beach so you can take your ice cream and sit in the sand.
