The Cinnamon Lounge

While waiting, I noticed some certificates and awards on the wall from around 2016/2017 that seemed to represent a past glory. The restaurant used to be a pub ten years ago, and it's evident in its outdated appearance. It seems like no renovations have been done recently, as it appears worn out, dull, and poorly lit. The food was average, nothing special, but not terrible. They do have a 4* hygiene rating, which is good. Overall, my experience was below average in this restaurant and unfortunately, I won't be returning. I gave it 3* rating only because the food was acceptable, but they really need to improve, and perhaps provide some mints or breath fresheners for the staff.

Had a takeaway as we occasionally do. It arrived 15 minutes late, the food was cold. The paper bag had disintegrated due to all the grease that had leaked out of the containers. In fact you can see the delivery driver on the doorbell wiping the outside plastic bag. It was terrible. The bag was dripping oil. £6.50 for one breaded deep fried king prawn... We phoned to raise issues, poor customer service, told manager would call back but he didn't. Disappointing and won't order again which is a shame as been here for meals and had decent takeaways many times.

This is my 4th time dining in at the restaurant and the food was lovely and the service just as good. It's a shame to see so many negatives reviews as I couldn't fault anything. The young gentleman who brought us the bill etc was very polite and engaging. The restaurant wasn't busy which maybe why we had such good food and service, reasonably priced too.

Firstly, I will mention the food arrived on time and we had no issues with the delivery. However the food was very bland and the food did not appear to be freshly made. So unfortunately, on this occasion the food did not meet our expectations. Réservez une table maintenant

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent every time I visit. The food is of high quality and is delivered very quickly. Overall, I have no complaints at all.

Set meal, far to expensive, not a brilliant meal at all. We ate because we wanted to support local, but poor food. Gutted wasn’t cheap. Decided to go elsewhere from now on.

Excellent value for money. Polite and helpful staff. Lovely food. We Really enjoyed our meals. (Have been many times in the past and never been let down)

10/10 service, can’t go wrong, the food is top notch, everything about it is amazing. Would 100% recommend
