Was able to try out their cupcakes after we had them cater one of our work functions and was unfortunately not too pleased with the quality of the cupcakes. There were a few varieties but all of them were dry or just not too tasty save the red velvet cupcake. However without fail all of them had a woefully large dollop of buttercream icing on top that just overpowered the rest of the cake and I was especially disappointed to see that they used butter cream instead of cream cheese icing on the red velvet.Maybe I'm just not a fan of the classic cupcake but regardless, the cupcakes I tasted from these guys sadly left a lot to be desired.

The group of young girls exiting the store with white paper hand in bag piqued my curiosity. From the corner where I stood, it was not clear what the store was and it wasn't until closer on approach that I discovered it was a cupcake shop. And a very lovely one at that with beautifully decorated cakes, cupcake supplies (think edible glitter, sprinkles, candles and more) and ice cream. The group of girls had just finished a cupcake decorating class and for us, it was time for a ferrero rocher ice cream.
What a great little cupcake shop! Sells a range of different cupcakes with icing and a topping; oreos, red velvet; popcorn and more. We got a small butter cake with pink icing and a love heart it was delicious. They also sell huge cupcakes as a cake made to order, flowers and even pokemon themed. They also sell chocolate see the bacon and egg one i got. Custom orders accepted! Fun!

I bought the cake for my 18th birthday here and it was a disaster. Firstly, the first cake they gave me had fallen apart and they had to make me a new one. It looked nothing like what was shown in the photos. When they made the cake for me again it was slandered and I was super dissatisfied. The taste was so, but the cake itself was really big. don't come back here
i tried their red velvet and it did not disappoint! the cookies and creme are classic and i’m deeply in love with how they taste and how it’s perfectly melting in my mouth! it’s the perfect moisture and not too sweet! if you had the chance to visit them at Mosman, please do!

Your red velvet cupcake is the bomb! Topped with cream cheese, the cupcake tasted even better when it's incredibly moist and fluffy on its own. Rocky Road flavor was pretty good too, but red velvet was just a show plug.

The Cupcake Factory has to be hands down the best cupcakes in Sydney If you haven't tried them yet, you simply must.
Service was incredible as soon as I picked up the phone to order Delivery was on time, so no waiting around.
