Was able to try their cupcakes after we had them perform one of our work functions and unfortunately wasn't too happy with the quality of the cupcakes. There were a few varieties, but all were dry or just not too palatable to the red velvet cupcake. Yet without fail, everyone had a woeful big doll of buttercream icing on top that just overdid the rest of the cake and I was particularly disappointed to see that they used buttercream instead of cream cheese icing on the red velvet. Maybe I'm just not a fan of the classic cupcake, but regardless, the cupcakes I tasted from these guys unfortunately left a lot to be desired.

Le groupe des filles venait de terminer une classe de décoration de cupcake et, pour nous, il était temps de faire une crème glacée à Ferrero Rocher.

From the corner where I stood, it was not clear what the store was and it wasn't until closer on approach that I discovered it was a cupcake shop. And a very lovely one at that with beautifully decorated cakes, cupcake supplies (think edible glitter, sprinkles, candles and more) and ice cream. The group of girls had just finished a cupcake decorating class and for us, it was time for a ferrero rocher ice cream.

I bought the cake for my 18th birthday here and it was a disaster. Firstly, the first cake they gave me had fallen apart and they had to make me a new one. It looked nothing like what was shown in the photos. When they made the cake for me again it was slandered and I was super dissatisfied. The taste was so, but the cake itself was really big. don't come back here
I tried their red velvet and it didn't disappoint! the biscuits and cream are classic and i'm deeply in love with how they taste and how it melt perfectly in my mouth! it's the perfect moisture and not too sweet! if you had the chance to visit them in Mosman, please do!
Your red velvet cupcake is the bomb! Topped with cream cheese, the cupcake tasted even better when it's incredibly moist and fluffy on its own. Rocky Road flavor was pretty good too, but red velvet was just a show plug.

The Cupcake Factory has to be hands down the best cupcakes in Sydney If you haven't tried them yet, you simply must.
Service was incredible as soon as I picked up the phone to order Delivery was on time, so no waiting around.
