Went here before seeing a show at the theatre but wasn't impressed. There was live singing which was very good but extremely loud! My hubby and myself ordered food, he ordered pizza which looked fine when it came to the table but was cold. I...ordered a burger with cheese, but was served a burger without cheese. When this was mentioned to a waitress I was brought a plate of grated cheese, not really what I expected for a cheese-burger. The cook came out and asked my hubby if the food was ok, when he mentioned his pizza could have been hotter she just scrurried away without a word, but later came out with another plate of food and gave my husband a sideways look! I didn't want to say anything...
service was bad, waited for an hour for an breakfast that was kept by very small. the food was best unwell and the service was even worse. I won't eat there again. I would have complained, but the bar staff was otherwise engaged in their personal affairs. I would also like to point out that there were many driven how a fire extinguisher was used as a door stop for the kitchen, cloths above the floor and lack of hygein. as a pub that is established as a place that is welcome for all and cares for all, it really does not live according to these standards.
The staff at this restaurant is amazing, providing great customer service at reasonable prices. However, there are some customers who drink too much and cause difficulties. It would be helpful to try and prevent this behavior. I had to leave in fear twice due to unruly patrons. It is important to address those who do not behave properly and remove them if necessary. Despite this, the overall atmosphere is positive with good vibes. Appreciate the hard work, music, and great deals. Best wishes to the staff.
I arrived early on Thursday around 8 o'clock and was the only customer in the restaurant. The young waiter played some great old school music from the early nineties. I will definitely be back on a busier night. The drinks were reasonably priced, with a Staropramen costing £4, which I thought was fair for a late night spot in the center of Dartford. The atmosphere was decent enough.

I only saw an event today when I stood at the bar to over am the bouncers had decided to go it was time (even if the event was advertised to the) and a bouncer was commanded to wait a patron half full drink...his friend drunk and confused by the time difference said they kept the drink from the bouncer again, I thought they were open to the bar
the place is set up as a party hub for night. it's inconspicuous during the day. the personal is courteous, but boring. eat in order, but the atmosphere was stale. toilets were dirty as if they had not been cleaned since the night. if they are sunk, then this could be the place for them, but this is one to avoid when they are sober.
I've eaten a bit before the night started! eating that came out was one of the worst meal I've ever had. over boiled and boiled! hasn't gotten any of it right. then I thought I was for one. parch of pints to try and wash it! all drinks are too expensive and I think they water it or something. I won't go back!
puzzled by the bad reviews, we had lunch today which was pasta with bacon and mushrooms generous portion which was very nice and Caesar salad also nice and well presented together with drinks of lime and soda very reasonable at the pub was...pretty quiet but music in background. Will return when in the area.

I may not be the target customer for this Pub, it was so loud that it was impossible to have any kind of conversation. I am sure if you are under this is the best place in Dartford. Just not the place for middle...aged traveller like myself.
