The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf

I've been to this location several times hoping that my experience was just a bit of bad luck. The last time I visited was the absolute worst. I went through the drive-thru at 3:50. There was a paper sign attached near the speaker that stated they would be closing at 4:30. No worries. I order a large hot coffee with cream and sugar. There were two cars in front of me and I waited more than ten minutes before I get to the window. They seem just to be having a conversation with the 1st car in front. Finally get my coffee, no apologies for the long delay. I drive to the corner, waiting at the light and take a cautious first sip. I certainly didn't want to burn my tongue on this coffee I waited...

My family has been going to this location for a while now, however there’s been a turn in the customer care lately. Seems like all the kids they’re hiring just don’t have the time to be personable, or speak to the patrons they serve. Past three times I’ve gone through the drive thru, I’ve gotten horrible service, no “hi” or “hellos” just a flat expression. Today I asked for a drink carrier and the guy literally groaned like it was just too difficult a request... it’s just not a pleasant experience, and it’s been from multiple newer staff members, just really makes me not want to go back at all.

This place has really good variety of caffeinated and regular drinks for those early mornings. The staff are very polite and quick about their work, the coffee is good, the tea is good and so are the bagels. The drive through is quick and organized and the menus are simple to understand. The prices are fair and cheaper then other stores as well. Great service good products. Would highly reccomend.

Just went there and got a Chai Tea Latte and scone. Definitely was not one as the Chai Tea Latte was more water than anything. Also the scone did not taste like a scone. I have been here a couple of times in the past hoping that it would get better on the Chai Tea Latte but it hasn't. Staff is friendly. Place should get an upgrade or turn it into a Starbucks. Will not be going here anymore.

I just ordered the Vanilla Cold Brew Latte and..... holy burned cold drink. There is burned coffee bits at the bottom of my drink and it tastes as though they tried to overpower the burned coffee taste with vanilla extract... it's a bitter mess!!!! PLEASE REPLACE THIS WRETCHED PLACE WITH A STARBUCKS! Ew, just ew.

They have been out of whip cream every single day for three weeks I think that's pretty unacceptable of a restaurant who's menu shows most of the recipes with whip cream and who can't even complete an actual menu item because they're missing a main ingredient for close to a month.

As a tea drinker, I'm always looking for a nice chai. I was sad to settle for a powdered chai with dairy in it. Not at all what I expect from a good coffee and tea shop. The service here was also sub par. I won't return.

First time here, service was good. I got a hazelnut iced coffee and it's pretty tasty! Perfect amount of sweetness for me, so I would recommend it.

Drive thru is always very quick with orders, only a few minutes and you'll typically be out of there and on your way. I recommend.
