this is a good location for coffee beans as it is located in a quiet and safer part of placentia. there are fewer coffee beans shop now due to the pandemic, so here I am quite often than a closer where I live not survive the pandemic. Drinks and snacks are up to standard and the same with the ambiente. the same can not always be said about the barista. the coffee is good. the snacks are great, although very expensive for what they are. Remove stars because I don't order a finished drink, but take a regular coffee with milk as I can in any other coffee shop, right? no, here they decide about the amount of milk they will get today, also the amount of cinnamon, they are literally not allowed to touch the cinnamon jar. they can pour something on the side, but yes. not comfortable. no other coffee spot has any problem with me poking my nase in the milk glass and here I cannot add my own zimt. the jugend who works at this place are super friendly and nice, but there are too many of them (up to 6, they have a drive thru) and that sometimes creates communication problems. management, on your game!
very nice crew, clean plant with clean washrooms! the cold brew I ordered was great! my sister and I just hang out while our older mother was treated in the sick house, approached us a hired (male, glasses with ponytail) and offered us a sandwich that was erroneously heated for another order. the sandwich came practically for mama! thanks for the great service!
