Lovely hard working staff and eager to please, then the so called barista's treat them like ****. We were so embarresed for them and just wanted to leave. Very over priced for what you get and well i think we could have got a coffee the same at Gloria Jeans . Nothing to come back too. As we waited on our meal, we just watched the tension in this place and the fakeness from the manager or managers ???. Could not be locals as they have no idea about the area. Everyone dont give up on chelsea cafes. Try the one near the pub, just lovely and really nice people and home made food to boot
I visited the Coffee Club a little hungover on New Years Day with a friend of mine. The service was great and very attentive despite the public holiday. Unfortunately the eggs were over poached on both mine and my partners meal which took away very much from the usual deliciousness of a runny yolk over the toast. Apart from that everything was cooked well and presented beautifully. The staff didn't even mind when we needed another glass of water for dehydration on the way out!
My wife and I are regular customers at the Coffee Club. We never have a problem. All of the staff are friendly and make the customers very welcome and the standard of service is high. The staff work together very well. We have never had a complaint about the food or the beverages. The place is always busy but not overcrowded. We don't feel as if we are being "hurried-up". We will continue to head to the Coffee Club" on a regular basis
...so I did! Son got me a wake-me-up brekky cuppa which was so good I went back for a mid-morning coffee same day. The Chelsea store is on the Nepean Highway in a small but busy strip of shops: it is quite large and has good tables and seating and the staff all looked happy in their jobs: order to sipping was very quick despite a reasonable dining crowd.Good selection of eats and many tea and coffee options both hot and cold.

This store is a franchise, so the food is always at a reasonable standard, also the coffee. But what i cannot tolerate is staff being belittled in front of the paying customer.If you have issues with your staff, keep it behind closed doors. No one wants their precious down time being interfered with, by listening to a bully putting others down. If you treat your staff with respect, they will give it back to 10 fold.
This place is fantastic. Staff are so friendly they know there regulars on first name basis nothing is too much trouble. Food is wonderful and plenty of it. Good variety even for the fussiest eaters. Will definitely be going back just for takeaway coffee on the run. Shopping in the area is fantastic as well.
We just stopped here for a coffee and a snack Dec 2014. They certainly knew how to make good coffee. My husband enjoyed his cappuccino very much and my double shot black coffee was perfect. There was plenty of room and complimentary newspapers to read. Outdoor seating provided for those who prefer it.
My visit to this Coffee Club I was quite happy with the staff friendly and polite The food was served quite hot the coffee was great but just could have been a little hotter for me but the taste was there This is one of the better Coffee Clubs that I have tried

The staff here are lovely and they know Everyone by first name who come regularly. I highly recommend getting a coffee club card as it's only $25 and you get one free drink Every time you buy a drink . Amazing offer
The staff are very friendly with excellent service. The Coffee is superb as is the food. Good choice of delicious cakes for desert or with just your coffee. Coffee and Cake Nice!
