The Coffee Club Cleveland

The current staff are fantastic! They are polite, efficient, quick, professional, and exceptionally kind and thoughtful. My elderly parents have been customers for many years. After my dad passed away in October, the staff showed remarkable kindness and compassion towards my mom. People often complain about the younger generation, but the young men and women at the Coffee Club in Cleveland truly represent the best of their company and their families. It’s always a joy to visit and enjoy the best coffee in Cleveland. Management, please take note of how wonderful your staff is!

I highly recommend this place! The staff is fantastic, and the store manager is excellent. The coffee is superb. During my chemotherapy treatment, this was my go-to spot because the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. Their professionalism clearly reflects the great leadership of their manager. The team is both friendly and professional, making each visit a pleasure. I always look forward to enjoying my coffee here!

I came in for dinner with a friend on Tuesday night and found the food and service to be excellent. We both ordered a pizza, and I must say I really like the new bases being used, the thin base makes it easy to eat without feeling like it was too much. An enjoyable meal.

Our waiter, Tim, provided us with exceptional service. He recommended we try the panna cotta dessert, and it was absolutely delicious!
