very sad to say that I don't return more than a customer here. I have been here for two years of regularity for my morning coffee and have always loved the friendliness of the manager/owner and helpful staff. Unfortunately, they hired the terrible, rude and gruesome woman who used to lead the Gozleme Square in watertown. Today, when I got my coffee, she was rude for the last time. my coffee cup was only 3/4 full and when I asked, I got a dirty look and no answer. I really hope this caffe doesn't go down the same way and closes because of this terrible woman. I'll come back as a customer if she's not here anymore.
this shop is the best hands down the service is amazing the girls are always lovely and polite the coffee is fantastic and the food is top notch aswell my personal favourite is the toasted sandwhiches I've tried to make it the same at home but it never turns out as good anyway if your near watertown and got some spare time check this shop out you wont be dissapointed plus on a hot day you cant go wrong with some great ice cream, waffles and good company :

I got a large waffle with rum and raisin ice cream tasted awesome recommended it's what a waffle should taste like good work and thank you
our order was 45 minutes later than the first delivery time. so no good start. we both ordered cream. it was brown, big, $50.
