I stopped on way to Newcastle on a wet and windy day. I was greeted right away and just ordered a small burger and fried onions and a lattee. The youngish waitress was quick and pleasant but four of her men friends sitting near me were loud and swearing at times. Whilst one old local man sat motionless observing every move. I was eating later hence the small burger which was fine,as was the lattee. Hard to judge on this but they do general cafe type grub. Dinners at 7 quid,stew and fries. I will call again.
Enjoyed a lovely post-funeral family lunch 9 people) in a small private function room with excellent Covid19 safety measures in place. We all ordered different meals which arrived promptly, piping hot, very tasty, and perfectly cooked. The friendly attentive staff couldn't do enough for us. Perfect facility for the occasion and excellent value for money. Definately recommend.
I had a wonderful breakfast at the coffee dock today. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to cater to any food requests. The prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend the coffee dock. I will definitely be returning. It's also nice to know that the owner is involved in supporting the local community and is generous in helping those in need.
I am extremely grateful for the staff's assistance in preparing breakfast for 12 hungry guests. They paid attention to every detail, from salt and pepper to napkins. The food was delicious, they respected social distancing guidelines, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

The coffee shop is wonderful and a must-visit. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the setting is nice. It is a popular spot with many regular customers and they serve one of the best breakfast fry-ups around.
Coffee Dock provide all our food for our residential’s at Ardaluin House, Newcastle, honestly the food is simply amazing, cater for all ages and always ready for when activity’s are finish, first class staff, cant thank these guys enough. A MAZ ING …….

Family reunion and everyone wanted something different Where better to go than here I couldn’t believe the Great gluten free selection, usually get one or two options if I’m lucky in other places
