I am very disappointed with coffee trader, the customer service is so very poor that even my 8 year old son noticed. I was having an extremely awful day so I decided to get coffee for my 2 boys and I, we ordered 3 mocha mountains,we drove up to the window and paid, after I paid I saw 3 hot drinks sitting on the counter, I asked if the hot drinks were ours and the girl said yes, I apologized and said we would like it blended. She rolled her eyes and turned around to tell her co-worker,her co-worker replied “Well she didn’t specify”. Despite the distance, Hannah and her team always greet customers with warmth and ensure exceptional customer service. Their genuine smiles and friendly greetings make every visit special. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the coffee shop always makes me feel at home, and their professionalism is always top-notch, even during busy times. Ordered a latte. It was scalded. Had to add sugar to make it drinkable. Got the egg and cheese sandwich. Served on a hamburger bun!? Talk about pedestrian food...Staff not unfriendly but relatively inattentive. High prices. Low return on your buck.
A great place for coffee and pastries or burritos! We stayed and worked on laptops for a few hours. Very nice staff. They had great wifi as well! Plenty of plugs for laptops too.

The coffee doesn't taste very fresh and has a bitter aftertaste. Frankly, I have had better coffee from Starbucks. However, the interior decor and atmosphere is very nice.
