My wife chose it this time to catch up with some friends and because she had a craving for the breakfast chimichanga. It's not every weekend that you need a fancy, expensive, hipster breakfast. The Copper Pot is a local spot that makes you feel comfortable and full. I had the an omelette and I was excited to see that you can add as many veggies as you want, a meat and a cheese. The omelette was jam packed with all of them! Wow! This place is a hidden gem with a high volume of takeout orders. The portion sizes are quite generous and the prices are reasonable. They offer a variety of healthy dishes, alongside some indulgent favorites that they’re known for. I tried the grilled chicken salad topped with Buffalo chicken, which had a nice spicy kick and was loaded with fresh greens! However, the green chili was a bit too spicy for us Midwesterners. The chicken dinner could easily feed a whole family! If you’re a fan of mushrooms, definitely try the mushroom appetizer—it was delicious without being overly greasy. I recently visited Cooper Pot on Broadway, and I can confidently say that I had the best pork chops I've ever tasted. The portions are generous, and the variety of side dishes is fantastic. This family-owned restaurant serves food that truly feels like home cooking. I've dined there multiple times, and I've always enjoyed a delicious meal, whether it's the meatloaf, chicken-fried steak, or chicken. Don't even get me started on their onion rings—they're absolutely amazing! I highly recommend supporting this local gem and treating yourself to their wonderful food.

Upon entering the restaurant, the ambiance surpassed my expectations. I would definitely return. I enjoyed two large gin and tonics that were both generous and reasonably priced. For food, I tried the pulled pork and macaroni, which was the best I've ever had. The steakhouse burger earned an 8/10, while the fish and chips also received an 8/10. The sausage and pepper appetizer was exceptional, scoring a 9/10. The service was friendly and outstanding!
Located just off South Broadway, you'll discover The Copper Pot. First off, the atmosphere in this place is fantastic. It's a cozy sit-down restaurant with a fully stocked bar, serving both breakfast and dinner options. The waitstaff is incredibly attentive and friendly. The food is exceptional, with generous portions. Our meals arrived quickly and on hot plates, and they were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!
The breakfast burrito here is so so good! This little inconspicuous restaurant is something we all have driven by a hundred times but I am so happy I finally decided to stop. It's a cute comfortable spot with so many different food options. The green chili on the side of the burrito was delic as well but a little on the spicy side for me. The staff was super friendly and worked as a quick work lunch!
The best food off-Broadway in Englewood. the parking lot is small but worth it. The food comes in nice portions so with the money. Cute small sit down eat in with a full bar, and the staff is very attentive once you're seated. We did have to wait about 10 minutes before being addressed and seated reason I shaved a star, other than that the rest of the time was perfect and delicious.

This is a fantastic restaurant on Broadway in Denver. The food is excellent and the customer service is top-notch. It's particularly busy on weekends for breakfast. The green chili is both delicious and spicy! There's parking available in the back.
